Trump Campaign Rakes In Massive $20 Million In February, Passing January Figures

Former President Trump’s fundraising efforts surged in February, generating over $20 million in contributions, bolstering his cash reserves to nearly $42 million by the end of the month.

This marked an increase from previous months, with Trump’s campaign and the Trump Save America Joint Fundraising Committee collectively raising $20.33 million, Fox News Digital reports.

The significant fundraising uptick in February reflects a substantial increase compared to prior months. In January, Trump amassed $13.875 million, while in December, he garnered nearly $10.5 million. At the close of February, Trump boasted a combined cash-on-hand of $41.9 million.

According to Trump campaign communications director Steven Cheung, the fundraising success underscores the preference of Americans for Trump’s leadership over President Biden’s, as evidenced by the campaign’s rallying cry for a return to “America First” policies.

“Americans know that they were better off with President Trump four years ago than with Crooked Joe Biden and his disastrous policies,” Cheung told Fox News Digital. “We need a return to America First policies that successfully kept our country safe and supercharged the economy for all Americans.”

Earlier this month, Trump solidified his position as the presumptive Republican presidential nominee following victories in Georgia, Mississippi, and Washington state primaries. Meanwhile, President Biden secured the Democratic nomination.

As the November contest between Biden and Trump looms, polls suggest a tight race. A recent Fox News Poll revealed Trump leading Biden in a head-to-head matchup, while an ABC/Ipsos poll indicated more respondents trusting Trump over Biden, highlighting the competitive nature of the upcoming election.
