Joe Rogan posted a video about having contracted COVID which forced him to reschedule a Nashville show. Rogan, who has publicly expressed skepticism of the coronavirus vaccine and therefore remains unvaccinated, gave a “heartfelt thank you to modern medicine for pulling me out of this so quickly and easily.”
In his video, Rogan explained that once he tested positive he “threw the kitchen sink” at the virus with treatments such as monoclonal antibodies, vitamin-drips and Ivermectin. He also discussed his symptoms and recovery on a daily basis, and explained that he really only had one bad day.
When he first came down with symptoms, “throughout the night I got fevers, sweats, and I knew what was going on,” Rogan said, adding that he immediately isolated from his family once he first experienced symptoms.
Rogan, who has a popular podcast that reaches millions, has been critical of liberal policies such as lock-downs and vaccine mandates. He was very open about his move from California’s “draconian” restrictions he referred to as a “tyrannical” approach to combating the virus, to Austin, Texas. He has also been a very strong supporter of personal choice rather than Government imposed mandates.
