Former President Trump SLAMMED the plea agreement reached by Hunter Biden, calling it a mere “traffic ticket” and condemning the alleged corruption within the United States justice system.
Trump expressed his dismay during an interview with Fox News Digital, stating that the resolution is a disgrace and an unfair situation that encompasses prosecutorial misconduct and election interference.
“They gave him a traffic ticket and cleared everything up,” Trump told Fox News Digital after Biden’s plea deal was announced. “It is a disgrace to the system, it is a disgrace to America, it is a very unfair situation, it is prosecutorial misconduct, and it is election interference โ all wrapped up into one.”

Trump slammed what he called a corrupt justice system and a corrupt FBI, insinuating that his family members would potentially face much lengthier sentences.
Weiss’s office clarified that without the plea agreement, Hunter Biden could face a maximum prison term of 12 months for each tax charge and a maximum of 10 years for the firearm charge. The agreement is still pending approval from a judge, who will determine the final sentence, taking into account the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other legal factors.
