The most prominent victim of disgraced financier, the late Jeffrey Epstein, Virginia Giuffre, has died by apparent suicide after telling people that she was not suicidal and to not believe it if they were told that she died from suicide.
“It is with utterly broken hearts that we announce that Virginia passed away last night at her farm in Western Australia,” her family said to NBC News. “She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.”
“Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking. She was the light that lifted so many survivors,” the family said. “In the end, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it became unbearable for Virginia to handle its weight.”
Giuffre alleged that Epstein and his partner Ghislaine Maxwell, trafficked her to his friends, which included Prince Andrew and French modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel.
Last month she said she had only days to live after an accident with a school bus, but she did recover and was released from the hospital.
“I am making it publicy known that in no way, shape or form am I sucidal. I have made this known to my therapist and GP- If something happens to me- in the sake of my family do not let this go away and help me to protect them. Too many evil people want to see me quiteted,” Giuffre said in 2019.
Suspicion was immediate on X.
“After being suspiciously involved in a car crash that was never really explained, Epstein’s most damning accuser…Virginia Giuffre has supposedly committed suicide. I believe she ‘killed herself’ about as much as much as Epstein did. Oh, and where the hell is that client list?” actress and former Republican Congressional candidate Mindy Robinson said.
“Virginia Giuffre’s ‘suicide’ makes Judicial Watch’s lawsuit for Epstein records all the more urgent,” Judicial Watch founder Tom Fitton said.
“Virginia Roberts Giuffre didn’t commit suicide No chance,” Republican Utah Sen. Mike Lee said.
Rest in peace.
