Herschel Walker Responds to Twitter Drama: 'I LOVE My Son No Matter What'

Republican US Senate nominee in Georgia Herschel Walker responded to comments made by his son on Twitter after he tweeted that his father was “lying” and “making a mockery” of his family.

Walker responded, “I LOVE my son no matter what.”

Christian Walker, who is a right-wing TikTok influencer and son of the NFL legend, tweeted that Herschel had paid off his girlfriend in 2009 to have an abortion.

In the past, however, the younger Walker spoke highly of his father.

“Every family member of Herschel Walker asked him not to run for office, because we all knew (some of) his past. Every single one. He decided to give us the middle finger and air out all of his dirty laundry in public, while simultaneously lying about it,” the younger Walker tweeted.

“I know my mom and I would really appreciate if my father Herschel Walker stopped lying and making a mockery of us,” the younger Walker posted in a Monday night rant.

“You’re not a ‘family man’ when you left us to bang a bunch of women, threatened to kill us, and had us move over 6 times in 6 months running from your violence,” he tweeted. “I don’t care about someone who has a bad past and takes accountability. But how DARE YOU LIE and act as though you’re some “moral, Christian, upright man.” You’ve lived a life of DESTROYING other peoples lives.  How dare you.”

Walker had previously tweeted praising his father: “My dad Herschel Walker, a southern black man from Georgia, is the greatest testament to President Trump’s character and to the fact that he is the furthest thing from a racist. BEST SPEAKER OF THE NIGHT,” he said.

In a series of Father’s Day tweets he said: “Thankful I had a BLACK father who empowered me to be a victor and supported me on my endeavors instead of pouring victimhood into me and telling me I’m oppressed. HAPPY FATHERS DAY.”

“Thank you for all you do and for your love of our GREAT country. Can’t wait to see all you do,” he tweeted.
