Hillary Clinton, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and other prominent Democrats highlighted Harris as the party’s future, overshadowing Biden.

Sen. Raphael Warnock led the crowd in chanting “thank you Joe” but emphasized the need to “move forward” with Harris.

First Lady Jill Biden mentioned that Joe Biden decided not to seek reelection and endorsed Kamala Harris, expressing confidence in her and Tim Walz’s victory.

Biden claimed significant achievements during his term, including job growth, economic prosperity, and progress in healthcare and crime reduction.

Biden criticized former President Trump, calling him a “loser” and brushing off Trump’s claims that America is a failing nation: “When he talks about America being a failing nation, he says we’re losing. He’s the loser. He’s dead wrong.”

Biden urged voters to support the Harris-Walz ticket, retain the Senate, win back the House, and defeat Donald Trump: “we need you to vote. We need you to keep the Senate. We need you to win back the House of Representatives. We need you to beat Donald Trump,” he said.
