Conservative commentators on social media are slamming President Biden for not mentioning Iran, a state sponsor of Hamas, in his address to the nation regarding the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
President Biden, speaking from the White House and accompanied by Vice President Harris and Secretary of State Antony Blinken, expressed strong support for Israel as it prepared for a potential ground invasion of the Gaza Strip in response to attacks by Hamas.
Biden once again refuses to answer questions from reporters shouting about Hamas attacks on Israel in his first public appearance since Saturday, one month after sending Iran terrorists $6 BILLION

However, the omission of any reference to Iran, known for its support of Hamas, prompted a backlash from conservatives. Their responses on social media included criticism from a social media account associated with the Republican National Committee, which highlighted the absence of any mention of Iran, as well as Fox News contributor Joe Concha describing the President’s speech as irresponsible and weak for not addressing Iran, especially as 14 Americans were reportedly dead and others taken hostage.
Republican Sen. Roger Marshall expressed frustration over the lack of information and strategy from the President, along with the absence of any mention of Iran.
We're calling on Joe Biden to IMMEDIATELY freeze the $6B he signed over to Iran. Iran has bankrolled Hamas and helped them plan their barbaric attacks on Israel. The president should have NEVER brokered billion-dollar deals with rogue nations like Iran. https://t.co/HPAKjUHbWl

By lifting sanctions & unfreezing billions of dollars, Joe Biden has emboldened Iran & its proxies.

Fox News contributor Marc Thiessen pointed out the absence of any reference to Iran in Biden’s speech.
Critics argue that Iran’s involvement in aiding and supporting recent attacks by Hamas is a critical issue that should not have been omitted from the President’s address.
A report from The Wall Street Journal suggested that Iranian security officials approved Hamas’s plan to attack Israel during a meeting in Beirut on Oct. 2. While there is no concrete evidence of Iran’s direct involvement in the attacks as of yet, there is a well-established relationship between Iran and Hamas.
The White House has not yet responded to the criticism regarding the omission of Iran from President Biden’s address.
