Georgia Judge Allowing ‘Further Scan of Mail-In Ballot Inspection…Case Could Flip Presidential Certification’

Former Georgia Senator Kelly Loeffler tweeted Friday: “BREAKING: Judge Brian Amero has granted a motion to unseal and inspect Fulton County Absentee Ballots from the 2020 election. This is a big step toward restoring transparency and confidence in our elections.”

Loeffler’s tweet accompanied the full statement from Greater Georgia, supporting the decision to review the ballots. “Unfortunately, inconsistencies in Fulton County’s November 2020 absentee ballots cast serious doubt on voters’ faith in our elections,” the released statement said.

The “large discrepancies” were discovered in ballot images from the 2020 elections in Georgia, resulting in a judge allowing for further investigation. Creative Destruction Media wrote an article titled: “BREAKING: GA Judge Allows Further Scan of Mail-in Ballot Inspection In Fulton County…Ground Zero for Election Fraud…Case Could Flip Presidential Certification.” The article states:

In an ongoing hearing, Henry County, GA judge, the Honorable Brian J. Amero may give access to the plaintiffs (VoterGA.org, Garland Favorito, and another plaintiff) to the physical mail-in ballots in Fulton County, which could show massive election fraud in GA during the 2020 presidential election cycle, and the follow-on runoff that decided control of the U.S. Senate for the Democrat Party, leading to full control of the American government.

In the hearing, lawyers for VoterGA.org described large discrepancies (21%) between the number of ballot batches reported by the GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger who certified the election, and the number of ballot batches actually provided by court-ordered access in the previous April hearing in the case.

VoterGA.org has been examining the ballot images at a low resolution since the hearing in April, and declared they need the actual physical ballots to understand the number of counterfeit ballots certified.
Fulton County attorneys pushed for a sampling of the ballots instead of access to all of the ballots. They particularly objected to access to physical ballots.

Fulton County attorneys also objected to expert witnesses testifying the number of ballot batches certified by Secretary of State Raffensperger in the previous ‘risk-limiting audit’ were significantly different from the actual number of ballot image batches that were provided by state and county officials in court-ordered discovery in April.

Shockingly, attorneys for Fulton County declared ‘the county has no control over its election tabulation process.’

“A high number of ballots appear to have been counted twice,” declared the expert witness. There was an error rate in the batch data of 21%”

The ‘risk-limiting audits’ conducted previously in the state of GA by SoS Raffensperger were shown in today’s hearing to be severely compromised. The GA Attorney General’s office testified citizens have no right to audit the vote. The results of ballot analysis in this case could show the U.S. Senate, and the presidency of the United States, were fraudulently certified.

Charlie Kirk In Newsweek: Georgia's Voting Law Doesn't Go Far Enough

Georgia’s election integrity bill, SB 202, doesn’t go far enough. Not even close.

Far from being Jim Crow 2.0, or “Jim Crow on steroids,” as Joe Biden has framed it, the law is a ho-hum, vanilla piece of legislation which, as I said on my radio show when it was signed, was only a five out of 10 on the conservative scorecard—at best.

I’m pleased to hear other conservatives, including Mollie Hemingway of The Federalistand President Donald Trump, now sounding the same note. The Democratsshameless misrepresentation of SB 202 was never a sincere, good-faith argument against the bill’s merits. They were intentionally propagandizing to the American people in an attempt to force conservatives to beg for mercy in hopes that our media overlords would stop calling us racists.

Well, they’ve sadly overplayed the race card far too many times.

Conservatives are very well aware of this time-honored and treacherous tactic from progressives, and we will not be cowed by it any longer. Let’s not mince words: There is nothing remotely racist about this law. At all. It doesn’t matter how many “civil rights” agitators like Stacey Abrams they put out on the nightly news, or how many woke corporations like Coca-Cola and Major League Baseball they intimidate into abandoning the half of the country that buys their products. Conservatives are now fully awake to the importance of election integrity, and if Americans’ confidence in elections is not restored in the next two years, it may never come back.

Consider what changed in Georgia between 2016 and 2020. More than six times as many Georgians voted absentee in 2020 as in 2016, and those absentee votes broke nearly two to one in favor of Joe Biden. The state saw an incredible increase from just over 200,000 absentee votes in 2016 to more than 1.3 million in 2020, and according to Ballotpedia, rejections rates of those absentee ballots decreased from 6.4 percent in 2016 to just 0.3 percent in 2020.

Judge Rules "Voter GA" Group Can Unseal Fulton County Georgia Ballots and Inspect Them

A judge from Henry County, GA, Brian Amero, granted members of the Georgia-based group, VOTER GA, the right to unseal and inspect ballots from the 2020 election for evidence of voter fraud.

Speaking on behalf of the group, VOTER GA spokesman Garland Favorito said the decision “is almost unprecedented in Georgia history.”

Georgia Star News reports:

Former U.S. President Donald Trump lost Georgia’s electoral votes to current U.S. President Joe Biden.

The Georgia Star News asked Favorito if he and his hundreds of volunteers might find enough evidence of voter fraud in Fulton County to tip the Georgia election in favor of former U.S. President Donald Trump?

“That’s possible,” Favorito said.

Favorito said Fulton County officials have long resisted VOTER GA’s attempts to inspect their ballots.

“We have sworn affidavits from several poll managers who say they handled counterfeit ballots during the hand count audit because those were mail-in ballots that were not marked with a writing instrument like a mail-in ballot should be,” Favorito said.

“And they appeared to be on suspicious paper stock.”

Fulton County spokeswoman Regina Waller on Monday declined comment.

“Due to a pending legal matter, we are unable to comment at this time,” Waller said via email.

Favorito explained that the group must remain quiet about their findings until they present them in court. He went on to explain that the group has hundreds of volunteers and many of them will help inspect the Fulton County ballots.
