Trump Says Terrorist Attacks in Israel Would Not Have Happened Under Him, Blames Weak Biden Admin

Former President Donald Trump has accused President Biden of betraying Israel and blamed him for the recent deadly attack by Hamas on Israel. Speaking at a campaign event in New Hampshire, Trump stated that “the atrocities we are witnessing in Israel would never have happened if I was president.”

The attack by Hamas militants, supported by Iran, resulted in over 800 Israelis dead and the abduction of over a hundred individuals, including the elderly, women, and children, who were taken to Palestinian-controlled Gaza as hostages.

Trump criticized the recent $6 billion transfer to Iran, which was part of a deal announced by the Biden administration in September to release five U.S. citizens detained in Iran. Republicans claim that the funds helped fuel the Hamas assault on Israel.

Trump emphasized his commitment to supporting Israel, highlighting his actions during his presidency, such as reducing the Iranian economy, withdrawing from the Iran nuclear deal, imposing sanctions on the regime, and implementing a strict travel ban. He pledged to “cut off the money to the terrorists on day one” if elected president again.

In response, Senator Tammy Duckworth, a military veteran and Biden-Harris 2024 Campaign National Co-Chair, accused Trump of making the country less safe during his tenure and disrespecting veterans and servicemembers.

Despite not spending as much time in New Hampshire as his rivals for the GOP presidential nomination, Trump maintains a significant lead in the state’s polls. His campaign has been actively engaging in grassroots efforts, including door knocking and phone calls, to secure support.

Trump’s visit to New Hampshire marked his first appearance in the state in two months, as he continues his campaign for the 2024 presidential election.
