TPUSA Teams Up With BLEXIT, Candace Owens and Charlie Kirk Announce

Turning Point USA (TPUSA) announced a partnership with the BLEXIT Foundation, founded by Candace Owens and Brandon Tatum.

The announcement was made on Twitter Spaces by Owens and TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk on Monday.

The BLEXIT Foundation represents the “Black Exit” from the victimhood mentality, and aims to empower people to embrace freedom, value faith and family, and shift culture through live events, grassroots organizing, and inspiring educational initiatives.

Turning Point USA will incorporate the corporate structure, leadership team, branding, social media, and underlying mission of BLEXIT.

Owens and Tatum will retain and strengthen their roles and continue to manage the vision and direction of the organization.

BLEXIT has founded 44 State Chapters, has over 14,000 volunteer members, and more than 60,000 supporters. It also hosts four annual events that serve as gathering points for leaders who want to restore and renew traditional values within black and urban communities.

Owens expressed her excitement about the partnership and noted how her entire life changed with just an idea, which was inspired by Thomas Sowell.

“My entire life changed with just an idea, and that idea was ceded by Thomas Sowell,” Owens said.

“I think that people need to be reminded of how big Blexit is,” Kirk said, “it really has become a powerhouse.”

Kirk said, “we want to continue and bring this to the next level.” He also mentioned that the BLEXIT programs on campuses would be integrated with TPUSA programs as well.

The partnership aims to be a force multiplier for both BLEXIT and TPUSA, with the shared goal of empowering people to embrace freedom, value faith and family, and shift culture.

“Charlie and I have known each other for a long time,” Owens said, according to The Post Millennial. “And we’ve been discussing our shared goals and visions for this country—to empower people—to embrace freedom and value faith and family. We both realize that we are stronger together. By joining together, we believe this will be a force multiplier for both BLEXIT and for TPUSA.”

“I look forward to the new direction and partnership between BLEXIT and TPUSA,” Tatum said, “and I am excited about the possibility of new opportunities this could bring to the black community in America. Since the beginning, BLEXIT has been about reaching more people who need to see themselves as victors, not victims, empowered, not oppressed. If just a small fraction of the black community in America catch the vision, we can change the entire country.”
