Migrants Crossing U.S. Border Wearing “Biden Please Let Us In!” T-Shirts

Illegal immigrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border were wearing t-shirts emblazoned with the phrase “Biden, Please Let Us In!”

According to Fox News, the migrants were photographed at the San Ysidro crossing port in Tijuana on Tuesday

Fox News reports:

Prospective U.S. residents and progressive Democrats are hoping the new president will implement more lenient immigration policies than former President Trump, though some politicians like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., have expressed concern with Biden’s use of migrant holding facilities at the border.

As the Daily Wire points out, two Democratic lawmakers have warned that the Biden Administration is creating a crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border.

According to Axios, Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) reportedly warned the Biden administration “against easing up too much on unauthorized immigrants, citing their impact on his constituents, local hospitals and their potential to spread the coronavirus.”

“Cuellar hopes the administration continues using a Trump-era public health order to quickly expel migrant adults and families, at least during the pandemic,” the Axios report continued.

Rep. Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX) also issued urgent remarks at the U.S. border in a recent CNN interview:

“Well, my concern at this in the recent weeks in my district, migrants who made it across the border, who even pass the line of MPPs [Migrant Protection Protocols], who were 5,000 folks that have been waiting for two years across the border, made it across the Rio Grande Valley, were processed and released,” Gonzalez said. “If that is the message that we send to Central America and around the world, I can assure you, it won’t be long before we have tens of thousands of people showing up to our border.”

“And it’ll be catastrophic for our party, for our country, for my region, for my district, in the middle of a pandemic, in an area where we’ve lost over 3,000 people in my small congressional district,” he said.

WH Drastically Raises Number of Unaccompanied Migrant Youth it Expects to Welcome into U.S. in 2021

In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, The White House has announced it expects a massive increase in the number of unaccompanied illegal immigrant youths and children it expects to welcome into the U.S. in 2021.

According to Breitbart, the Biden Administration expects 117,000 young migrants to come into the country—up drastically from 30,000 during 2020. These children and young adults are brought into the country through coyotes and human traffickers.

Breitbart reports:

The goal of 117,000 was leaked to Axios as part of a media campaign in which administration officials argue they have no moral choice but to let the migrants into the United States. The campaign is also intended to fend off theatrical criticism from the left, whereby progressives say the youth and children do not need to be kept in the shelters where they are provided with health screens and the legal paperwork needed to get jobs and residency.

A large number of the youths are teenagers, according to Axios, and just last month roughly 6,000 of them were aged 16 and 17. Sources say HHS is also expected to reach its migrant shelter capacity later this month.

The Biden Administration has come under fire for its lax immigration policy despite its hardline stance on COVID-19 mitigation and restrictions for American citizens.

Yesterday, NBC reported that a number of migrant asylum-seekers who were released by Border Patrol tested positive for COVID:

Miriam Izaguirre, a 35-year-old asylum-seeker from Honduras, crossed the Rio Grande at dawn Monday with her young son and turned herself in to the authorities.

A few hours later she was released, and the first thing she did was take a rapid test for Covid-19 at the Brownsville bus station. They told her her test came out positive.

“Right now we were tested for Covid and they separated about eight of us because we were positive,” she told Noticias Telemundo Investiga. “We are waiting right now.” She was waiting to catch a bus to Houston.

California Highway Mass Casualty Crash Involved Smugglers, Illegal Immigrants

A horrendous crash on a Southern California highway left at least 13 people dead. The crash occurred in the town of Holtville, about 125 miles outside of San Diego, and involved human smugglers and 25 illegal immigrants. A Border Patrol source told people dead on the scene. A thirteenth victim died at a local hospital and eight others were transported to different local hospitals for “several different life-threatening injuries.” The commercial truck driver was also hospitalized with moderate injuries. Customs and Border Protection sources told Fox News that the crash occurred after a hole was cut in the U.S.-Mexico border fence near Calexico, California.

The vehicle involved in the crash was one of “two vehicles crammed with illegal immigrants inside” that “had driven through the ten-foot-wide hole in the early morning hours of Monday’s midnight shift, sources say, somehow evading a mobile camera system set up nearby” reports Fox News. The fence appears to likely have been constructed sometime between 2007 and 2009. Sources added “border patrol was not looking for the smugglers until they were notified by the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office about the crash, which occurred about 8 miles north of where the fence was cut.”

A California Highway Patrol Official told Fox News they are working with the Mexican consulate to identify the victims and notify their families. Victims smuggled in the vehicle were both males and females ranging in age from 15 to 53.”>Fox News Tuesday’s crash “involved an overloaded Ford Expedition, which normally seats eight, and a semi-truck near the U.S.-Mexico border.”

The back seats of the SUV had been removed to create more space for the human smugglers to fit the 25 illegal immigrants into the single-vehicle. “Authorities do not yet know if the driver of the Ford, who died in the crash, had stopped at a stop sign before crossing into the path of the big rig around 6:15 am, CHP Chief Omar Watson told reporters.”

The Ford’s left side was hit by a gravel-hauling semi-truck, and California Highway Patrol officers found 12 people dead on the scene. A thirteenth victim died at a local hospital and eight others were transported to different local hospitals for “several different life-threatening injuries.” The commercial truck driver was also hospitalized with moderate injuries.
