Lauren Boebert Calls for Investigation into Election Fraud in Light of "2000 Mules" Evidence

The new Dinesh D’Souza documentary 2,000 Mules has caught the attention of at least one elected official, and is now prompting her to call for an investigation into the claims made by the movie.

Rep. Lauren Boebert said that an investigation should be launched after the release of the 2020 election documentary 2,000 Mules, which asserts that the election was stolen from then-President Donald Trump in 2020.

On Wednesday, Boebert spoke out during a press conference, where she said that she would like an investigation “if any of that” information in the movie “is provable.”

“We need to have hearings. And that’s what I’m looking forward to in a Republican majority in the House of Representatives,” she said.

“If we can have geo-tracking when it comes to January 6th, and come to peoples’ homes who were holding a sign outside of the Capitol and interview them–have the FBI interview them … then I certainly think we can use that same technology to look at people who may have been harvesting ballots illegally and possibly, potentially even paid to do so by non-profit organizations.”

The film has already been subjected to several “fact checks.” It was released on May 7 and has already amassed 900,000 views on Rumble, where it is freely available.
