Kari Lake Entertains Senate Run In Exclusive Charlie Kirk Interview

Arizona gubernatorial runner-up Kari Lake hinted on an appearance of the Charlie Kirk show this Monday that she may be entertaining a run for US Senate in 2024. Lake, who lost the November race under circumstances that are being reviewed in court, said that her Democratic opponent was a danger to the state of Arizona.

“Some people are clamoring for you to run for the US Senate,” Kirk began. “We got Gallego running, Sinema might run, therefore there’s a very clear lane for a three-way race. Is this something you’re interested in? Something you’re entertaining?”

“Yes I am entertaining it,” Lake said, noting that her “number one priority” is the court case. “I hope that we’ll get a judge to do the right thing,” she said, “but I’m also looking at what happens if we don’t get a decent ruling.”

“They want me to go away; they want our movement to go away,” Lake continued. “I represent ‘We the People,’ and if they want us gone so badly that they’re willing to steal an election, then I’m not gonna let them have that; I won’t go away.”

“I find both of them incredibly dangerous to the people of Arizona,” she said, pointing out that Sinema has voted with President Biden’s agenda 93 percent of the time, and that Gallego was a “self-admitted socialist.”

“If I’m the only Republican who can beat them, then I’d be willing to jump in,” Lake concluded, noting again that any decision she makes would depend on the outcome of her court case.

The Post Millennial reports that, “In December, a Maricopa County judge ruled against Lake, finding that the gubernatorial election had not been stolen. Lake proceeded to take her case to the Arizona Appellate Court, and recently said that things were moving “quickly.”
