Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner, sister of Stacey Abrams, ordered two counties in Georgia to reverse a decision that would remove 4,000 voters from the rolls, a move that is expected to help Democrats in the approaching run-off election.
According to state data published Thursday, nearly 2.1 million people have cast their ballots in the Peach State, the election that will ultimately determine the fate of both chambers of Congress.
Challenges against roughly 4,000 voters in Muscogee County and more than 150 voters in Ben Hill County were raised as part of an effort by True the Vote, a Texas-based conservative group, to coordinate challenges under a Georgia law allowing any registered voter to challenge the eligibility of any other vote within the same county, DJHJ Media reports.
The group said it was bringing challenges in each of Georgia’s 159 counties against more than 364,000 voters whose residency was being questioned based on the change of address data obtained from the U.S. Postal Service.
And the sister of a Georgia Democratic politician refused to recuse herself from the case.
This is absurd.
This is an obvious case for recusal.
For Stacey Abrams’ sister to refuse to recuse—and issue this decision despite her indisputable bias—undermines the integrity of the entire judicial system. https://t.co/u6jntUwbup

U.S. District Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner’s ruling comes after two counties voted to remove names from their rolls, following two separate complaints that available registration data matched unverified change-of-address records.
Marc Elias, a Democratic Party attorney called Gardner’s decision “a blow to GOP voter suppression.”
Seems more like a contribution to the Democratic voter fraud party – all are invited!
Breaking: New Lawsuit Filed By Trump Campaign in GA After Shady Ballot Counting Video Emerged
The Trump campaign has filed a new lawsuit in Georgia with new evidence that could overturn the election in the state.
New Surveillance video from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta was shown at a Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. The video shows individuals retrieving ballots from under a table and counting them after everyone was asked to leave for the night. Attorney , Jackie Pick, said no GOP poll watchers were present.

After the footage was released, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp called for a signature audit of votes in his state, even though State Attorney General Brad Raffensperger had already certified the election, and Georgia’s 16 votes in the electoral college, for Joe Biden.
The lawsuit, filed by the Trump campaign and Georgia GOP Chairman David Shafer, alleges that the evidence that has emerged should compel a judge to decertify the results of the presidential election.
Trump’s campaign team has argued that the election is compromised, and that the legislators should use their Article 2 powers to certify their electors for Trump.
Days Before the Election, Hackers Steal Millions of Dollars From the Wisconsin Republican Party
According to the Wisconsin Republican Party Chairman, hackers have stolen $2.3 million dollars in the final days of the election as President Trump looks to secure the swing state.
The Daily Wire Reports:
“The alleged hack was discovered less than two weeks before Election Day, as Trump and Democratic rival Joe Biden made their final push to win Wisconsin and its 10 electoral votes,” the Associated Press reported. “Trump won the state by fewer than 23,000 votes in 2016 and was planning his third visit in seven days on Friday. Biden also planned to campaign in Wisconsin on Friday. Polls have consistently shown a tight race in the state, usually with Biden ahead by single digits and within the margin of error.”
The AP notes that Wisconsin Republican Party Chairman Andrew Hitt contacted the FBI last week to notify them of the situation. Hitt told the AP that the money that was stolen was for services that were already rendered.
“We have been in contact with the state party and are assisting them through this process,” said Republican National Committee spokesman Michael Ahrens. “The RNC never left Wisconsin after 2016, and we are confident that our ground game and the millions we are spending on TV and digital will deliver us another win there in 2020.”
Whoever is behind the hack surely would like to strip the Republican Party of their financial power.
