The Biden campaign has admitted to editing a photo commonly used in their campaign videos. Newsbusters caught on to the fact that a photo used in the introductory video for the fourth night of the Democratic National Convention in August showed a young Biden holding his toddler son, who was wearing a Washington Redskins ski cap.

We are all familiar with Democrats’ obsession with racial sensitivity, cancel culture, and erasing our nation’s history. Therefore, eyebrows were raised when the very same photo was aired in a CNN documentary early this week called Fight for the White House: Joe Biden’s Long Journey. If someone had the patience to sit through the laudatory hour-long documentary fawning all over the former Vice President, they would see the same Redskins cap photo.

Except in the documentary aired by CNN, the Redskins logo miraculously disappeared and the young son was simply wearing a red ski cap. Naturally, speculation ensued as to who removed the “controversial” and racially insensitive Redskins logo. Was it CNN protecting their darling candidate, making sure no viewers would be insulted by what liberals feel is an outrageous sports logo?

Or, was it the DNC correcting their error of ever having let the photo go public? Fox News reporter Joseph Wulfsohn noted that “CNN did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.” At the end of Newsbusters article the following question was posed: “CNN journalists and execs, could we please get this cleared up?”

Due to Fox News and Newsbusters publications, some clarity resulted. “UPDATE” Newsbusters added to its article. “On Wednesday afternoon Wulfsohn reported that the Biden campaign has now admitted editing the photo and blamed it on copyright concerns. According to a CNN source cited by Washingtonian magazine, ‘We received this picture and many others from the Biden campaign, and any additional inquiries should be sent their way. Future airings will include the original photo.”
