Hunter Biden Attorney Deposes Laptop Repairman in Lawsuit Over Leaked Data: Insider

Hunter Biden’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, has deposed John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of the computer repair shop who handed over a laptop belonging to the president’s son to authorities and the media, Fox News Digital reports.

This comes as part of Hunter Biden’s countersuit against Isaac, accusing him of illegally distributing his personal data and invasion of privacy.

Isaac claimed that in April 2019, a man he believed to be Hunter Biden dropped off three laptops at his store, with only one being salvageable.

While repairing the laptop, Isaac allegedly discovered material that showed the young Biden in several compromising positions, including videos of him berating prostitutes and videos of him having sex and doing drugs like crack, which has been illegal for decades.

The customer never returned for the laptop within the designated timeframe, and Isaac was unable to contact him. Isaac stated that he initially searched the emails by keyword in mid-2019.

According to Isaac, the FBI made a forensic copy of the laptop during their initial visit and returned later with a subpoena to confiscate it.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers admitted in February that the laptop, which he abandoned at the Delaware computer repair shop, does belong to him after initially saying the laptop “could be” his.

This revelation came in a letter from Hunter’s legal team on February 1.

In a lengthy 14-page letter addressed to Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings, Lowell accused Isaac of unauthorized access to the laptop’s data.

Lowell further alleged that Mac Isaac collaborated with former President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, to weaponize and exploit the scandalous and potentially incriminating material against Joe Biden.

According to Lowell’s letter, this “dirty political trick” orchestrated by Mac Isaac and Giuliani led to the exposure and manipulation of Hunter Biden’s private and personal information. Lowell argued that Mac Isaac’s actions allowed for the widespread circulation of hundreds of gigabytes of Hunter Biden’s personal data on the internet illegally.
