The Republican National Commitrtee’s research division posted a video montage of President Biden mumbling, bumbling, and stumbling through speeches and public comments as concerns about his deteriorating mental capacity go through the roof.
The montage, posted to the X platform, contains several clips of Biden stumbling through sentences while, at other times, appearing to forget what he’s trying to say. Other clips show him confused and rambling.

Concern about Biden’s condition has been rising among voters, including Democrats. And recently, one physician argued that she didn’t think Biden could even pass a basic mental exam.
Dr. Carole Lieberman, who has appeared on shows like Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Phil, Fox News, and CNN, told the Real America’s Voice streaming network that voters should not simply focus on Biden’s age — he’s 80, and he would be 82 on Inauguration Day if he wins again next year.
She noted that there is “talk about Biden being too old to run, which isn’t really the case.”
“It’s not about his being too old,” she said, according to The Western Journal. “There are people a lot older who have their marbles and are very intelligent and know history and are able to know how to put this country in a good direction.
“So it’s not age. … It’s about his competency,” Lieberman continued. “If he took the test that I was offering him — this mini-mental status test, or some other kind of test of competency — there’s no way he would pass.”
She went on to speculate that he couldn’t even answer this question: “Who is the president of the United States?”
Several recent polls over the past months have found that a growing number of voters are not at all comfortable reelecting Biden because they see him increasingly struggling in public, which includes difficulty speaking but also physical issues like tripping and falling.
The latest is a Harvard Harris Poll found in August, which found that as Trump continues to dominate the field of Republican candidates, Biden suffers from a growing perception that he is no longer mentally fit to serve as commander-in-chief.
That poll found that less than one-third — 32 percent — of respondents believe that Biden is mentally fit to serve as President, while 68 percent expressed doubts about his mental acuity.
