New developments surrounding crooked then-Vice President Joe Biden’s potential4 involvement in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national have emerged, by a “highly credible” FBI confidential human source who provided the information.
According to Fox News Digital, this source has been utilized by the FBI in various investigations dating back to the Obama administration.
Details allege that Biden participated in a $5 million criminal bribery scheme, exchanging influence over policy decisions with a foreign national.

Fox News Digital’s source revealed that the confidential human source had a pre-existing relationship with the FBI, having been used in multiple separate investigative matters even before the Biden information came to light.
The source further emphasized that the FBI consistently reviewed and found the individual to be highly credible. This source was also involved in investigative matters during the Obama administration.
The FBI has not responded to Fox News Digital’s request for comment. The much-wanted FD-1023 document was subpoenaed by Comer last month.
The FBI declined to comply, citing the need to protect sources and methods.
Comer threatened to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress if the physical document was not handed over to the committee, a process which has already begun.
The whistleblower alleges that the FD-1023 form contains precise details of the criminal scheme and its purpose, including an arrangement involving money in exchange for policy decisions.
In response to the subpoena, the FBI has offered Comer and Grassley the opportunity to review the document at FBI headquarters.
FBI Director Chris Wray has agreed to hand over the FD-1023 form that Comer has requested, which apparently shows Biden took $5mill from a foreign national.

They also agreed to bring the physical document to Capitol Hill on Monday for secure review in a SCIF, followed by a briefing from the FBI.
The White House continues to claim that President Biden is not now and was never involved in any foreign business dealings and has never discussed them with his son, Hunter Biden, who is currently under federal investigation for his “tax affairs” related to suspicious foreign transactions.
