FBI Source Reveals Alleged $5 Million Bribery Scheme Involving Joe Biden and Burisma Executive

President Joe Biden was allegedly involved in a controversial financial transaction with a Ukrainian natural gas firm, according to a confidential human source who spoke to the FBI in June 2020.

Sources familiar with the matter have shared the contents of the FBI-generated FD-1023 form, which outlines a potentially criminal bribery scheme between then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national.

This information sheds light on the connections between the Bidens and Burisma Holdings, where Hunter Biden held a board position.

The FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020, contains details from a “highly credible” confidential source who engaged in multiple meetings and conversations with a top executive from Burisma Holdings, starting in 2015.

Although the form has not been made public, its contents have been described by reliable sources.

The confidential source, a respected business professional, was sought out by the Burisma executive for advice on gaining access to U.S. oil rights and establishing ties with an American oil company. It is noteworthy that the Burisma executive reached out for guidance despite having Hunter Biden on the board. When questioned by the source about this, the executive derogatorily referred to Hunter as “dumb.”

According to the FD-1023 form, the Burisma executive explained that payments were made to the Bidens due to the ongoing investigation by Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin into Burisma’s activities.

The executive mentioned the difficulties faced by Burisma in entering the U.S. market during that investigation.

The confidential source suggested to the executive that they should pay the Bidens $50,000 each, but the executive corrected the source, stating that it was actually a staggering $5 million.

Reportedly, the Burisma executive referred to the payments as a form of “retainer” to ensure the Bidens’ assistance with various issues, including the ongoing investigation. Some sources have even characterized this arrangement as a “pay-to-play” scheme, indicating a potentially illicit quid pro quo.

The confidential source, based on their conversations with the Burisma executive, firmly believes that the $5 million payments to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden did occur. The source was informed that the payments were made through numerous bank accounts, intentionally complicating the process and potentially preventing investigators from uncovering the truth for a decade.

The FD-1023 form also makes mention of “the Big Guy,” believed to be a reference to Joe Biden. However, the Burisma executive clarified to the source that the payments were not made directly to the “Big Guy.”
