Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa has obtained this information, which sheds light on the FBI’s deep involvement with matters related to the Bidens, Fox News Digital reported on Wednesday.
These confidential human sources provided the FBI with critical information concerning Joe Biden, his brother James Biden, and his son Hunter Biden.
The management of these sources spanned multiple FBI field offices across the country, including the Seattle Field Office.
However, Grassley uncovered that a task force within the Washington Field Office attempted to shut down information from these sources by falsely labeling it as foreign disinformation. This effort led to a cessation of investigative activity.
Despite the attempts to discredit this information, Grassley reveals that at least one confidential human source and their information had been vetted by multiple U.S. attorneys’ offices. These offices found no links to known sources of Russian disinformation.

The shocking details of these operations were disclosed in a letter written by Senator Grassley to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray. The letter, exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital, highlights significant concerns of political bias within the Department of Justice and the FBI, both at the leadership level and among line agents and prosecutors.
Grassley has spent years investigating claims from whistleblowers within the Justice Department, suggesting improper delays and attempts to stop investigations into the Biden family. Specifically, there have been efforts to obstruct the investigations into FD-1023s concerning the Biden family. An FD-1023 is an FBI form used to document confidential human source reporting.
One crucial FD-1023 that is under scrutiny was reported by Fox News Digital earlier this year. It contains information from a highly credible confidential human source who alleges a criminal bribery scheme involving Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and the founder and CEO of Burisma Holdings, Mykola Zlochevsky. This case is still part of an ongoing investigation, emphasizing its credibility and authenticity.
The new information reveals that the FBI’s investigation into Zlochevsky was closed in December 2019. This development took place during the first impeachment of former President Donald Trump when Hunter Biden’s role on the board of Burisma was facing intense scrutiny. This scrutiny revolved around the Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who had been investigating Burisma.
