Actor Jim Caviezel Rips 'Certain Segments of Society' In Viral Post About Pride Events Aimed at Kids

In a widely shared Twitter thread, actor Jim Caviezel expressed his views on Pride Month events, stating that “woke ideology” is “robbing children of their innocence.

Caviezel, 54, strongly denounced “certain sectors of society” who he said “gleefully” are attempting to harm kids.

“It seems that so many people have become not only obsessed with sexuality but with foisting it on young children by having them attend events with people who dress as the opposite sex,” Caviezel tweeted. “How long are we going to allow woke ideology to trample over our rights and the rights of our children to not only live in a society that doesn’t sexualize everything, but that turns school into a form of manipulation?”

The actor, probably best known for playing the role of Jesus in Mel Gibson’s “Passion of the Christ” film, declared that public schools are not for the “propagation of woke philosophies” and ought to instead be focused on the “fundamentals of English, math, history, science, and so on.”

Caviezel also said that parts of society are trying to convince others that “sexuality is fluid” and added, “research shows something quite different.”

“Gender differences, boys being different from girls, is a highly researched and supported topic in the field of psychology,” Caviezel wrote. “Indeed. Research has shown that human brains are not fully developed until the age of 25 or older. Thus, the brains of small children are simply too undeveloped to deal with issues related to sexuality.”

“When we force sexuality upon young children, we harm their development,” he went on. “When we harm children, we also harm families. And when this happens, society suffers.”

He also posted a video of a Pride event in New York City featuring throngs of marchers in drag with some chanting, “We’re here, we’re queer, we’re coming for your children.”

Caviezel tweeted, “When did you start to believe your conspiracy theory was correct?”

“Well, they just started saying it out loud in front of the cameras.”
