Far Left PAC Founded by Former AOC Aide Pushing Dems to Drop Biden Before 2024 Election

A political action committee (PAC) named No Excuses PAC, led by former communications director Corbin Trent, a former aide to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, is urging President Biden to withdraw from the 2024 race.

The PAC has launched a landing page and digital ad, emphasizing Biden’s trailing poll numbers against former President Donald Trump in key battleground states.

Despite acknowledging Biden’s accomplishments, the PAC states that battleground state voters prefer Trump, suggesting Biden’s exit could prevent Trump from further damaging democracy. The message urges Biden to step aside, offering the alternative of being remembered as one of the greatest presidents in history.

The PAC, previously advocating to end the filibuster, references a New York Times/Siena College poll illustrating Biden’s lag behind Trump in battleground states. It suggests that if Biden steps aside, a primary could showcase other strong Democratic contenders, including swing state governors Gretchen Whitmer, Josh Shapiro, and Tony Evers, national leaders Elizabeth Warren, Gavin Newsom, Cory Booker, Ro Khanna, and rising star Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona.

Criticizing the Biden team’s reliance on traditional Democratic strategies, the PAC warns against hoping the opponent defeats themselves and emphasizes the high stakes of the 2024 election. It claims that dangerous characters from the Trump presidency have elaborate plans to undermine the federal government and justice system if they regain power. The PAC calls for Biden to allow a Democratic primary, asserting that it is not too late.

The PAC concludes by acknowledging Biden’s accomplishments and suggests that stepping aside could secure his legacy, contrasting it with the potential legacy of being the president whose selfishness allowed Trump to destroy American democracy. The message requests $3 donations from visitors to support their cause. Biden’s campaign, Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign, and the No Excuses PAC were contacted for comment by Fox News Digital.
