Most rational people are fully aware that Joe Biden should not be the president of the United States, not necessarily because of an election conspiracy — that’s a conversation for another day — but because, quite simply, he does not have the mental capacity to do the job.
And he demonstrated that again on Monday with yet another embarrassing gaffe, which, of course, was caught on video. The incident took place as Biden, 80, addressed the National Action Network, which is run by Al Sharpton, Martin Luther King III, and his wife.
“Martin the Third, we celebrate a legacy of your beloved father and mother. They worked for the beloved community. But congratulations today to the honorees, including your wife, who I understand it’s her birthday today?” Biden said of 49-year-old Andrea Waters King.
“Well, look, my wife has a rule in our family, when it’s someone’s birthday, you sing ‘Happy Birthday,’” Biden continued. “You ready?”
“Happy Birthday to you,” Biden began. “Happy Birthday to you.”
“Happy Birthday, dear [inaudible],” Biden concluded. “Happy Birthday to you.”

During the same event, Biden referred to Republicans as being “fiscally demented,” in reference to the House GOP repealing additional funding that Democrats just passed for dramatically increasing the size of the IRS.
“They’re going to talk about big spending Democrats again,” Biden said, adding, “There’s gonna be hundreds of billions reduced over the next decade, but so what? These guys are the fiscally — well, they’re fiscally demented, I think. They don’t quite get it.”
“You know, all these new IRS agents we have is because they fired a lot of them and a lot are retiring. And guess what? Who needs serious agents to know what they’re doing or not doing? The billionaires, the multi-multi-millionaires,” Biden said. “And according to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, this one bill alone will add $114 billion to the deficit.”
Biden also picked up another familiar Democratic theme — gun control.
“Ban the number of bullets that go in a magazine. There’s no, no need for any of that. I love my right-wing friends who talk about ‘the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots,’” Biden said. “If you need to worry about taking on the federal government, you need some F-15s. You don’t need any AR-15. I’m serious. Think about it.”
In fact, owning semi-automatic rifles has nothing to do with “taking on the federal government” it’s about exercising a fundamental right bequeathed to us by our founders — the right to keep and bear arms, free from government control or interference. Biden, like all Democrats, mistakes the Constitution as conveying rights the government ‘allows’ us to have when in reality, the Constitution simply recognizes and guarantees fundamental liberties that all Americans are born with.
As for Biden’s mental capacity, it should be a daily topic of discussion, but because we have a dishonest mainstream media in the pocket of his party, we don’t get one. Instead, we get a president who can’t remember the name of people he is celebrating and who are in the same room with him.
