Trans-Cheerleader Kicked Out of Camp After Choking Female Teammate Following 'Penis' Remark

A transgender cheerleader who is biologically male faced criminal charges last week after he allegedly choked a female teammate at a cheerleading camp.

According to Fox News, the incident took place at Ranger College in Texas after the female teammate allegedly called Averie Chanel Medlock “a mand” and added that the biological male should not even be on the squad.

“Well guys I’m officially retired as a cheerleader as of last night at 5:30 AM. A girl on the team was being very disrespectful and told me I am a MAN with a PENIS and that [guys] should not be on the team,” the transgender cheerleader, Medlock, reportedly posted on Facebook.

“I stood up for myself and she called her mom and dad because she was scared because I [stood] up for myself. Her father said, ‘she still has testosterone and a penis and I will kill anyone who comes after my daughter.’”

The Daily Wire added:

The report said that Medlock claimed the cheerleader made transphobic and racist remarks before the alleged incident happened and that video showed other cheerleaders hiding from Medlock.

Medlock reportedly said the alleged attack on the female cheerleader was a joke. Nevertheless, law enforcement officials charged Medlock with assault and removed Medlock from the campus.

The father of the female cheerleader who Medlock allegedly attacked is now demanding that law enforcement release all relevant video footage from the incident.

“I ask you what you would have done when receiving a phone call at 1 o’clock in the morning from your daughter stating they had locked themselves in the room with other girls,” the father wrote online in defense of his actions, according to Outkick.com. The father added that he never made any references or remarks to our about Medlock’s “race or gender.”

The alleged incident comes as the latest controversy involving biological males competing in traditionally all-female events.

Last month, former University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines told Fox Nation host Tucker Carlson that she and most other girls were not comfortable in sharing a locker room with Lia Thomas, a transgender swimmer for the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League school, because ‘she’ still has male parts.

In addition, she said that biological males simply have natural physical advantages over biological females and as such, she does not believe it is fair to allow transgender females to compete in all-women’s events.

“That’s not something we were forewarned about, which I don’t think is right in any means, changing in a locker room with someone who has different parts,” Gaines said during the interview.

“It is now sexual assault to refer to someone as their wrong pronouns, but it’s not sexual assault to have someone with opposite body parts in a female locker room,” she added.

Gaines graduated from college earlier this year. Since then, she has become a vocal critic of allowing biological males to take part in all-female competitions because, she says, being born a male gives trans athletes an unfair advantage over biological women.

“So not only were we forced to race against a male, we were forced to change in the locker room with one,” she stated. “Then we’re sitting there not even knowing who to talk to, who to complain to because this kind of all happened behind the scenes and very discreetly.”

She went on to accuse the National Collegiate Athletic Association — the NCAA — of failing to protect the integrity of women’s sports.
