Report: Hunter Biden Pleaded Poverty at Child Support Hearing But Flew There In a Private Jet

First son Hunter Biden appeared before an Arkansas judge earlier this month to plead that he couldn’t afford the current level of child support he was paying in a case involving a daughter he fathered with a former Washington, D.C.-area stripper.

But a report on Saturday said that the baby daddy didn’t seem to have any trouble coming up with around $55,000 to fly there in a private jet.

The New York Post reported:

Biden cried poverty at his Arkansas child-support hearing earlier this month — despite flying to and from the courthouse aboard a luxury private jet owned by his close friend Kevin Morris.

The 2001 Dassault Falcon 50 — formerly owned by country singer Brad Paisley — is registered to Plato LLC, for which Morris is the principal, California business records show.

The $6 million jet took off from Los Angeles on April 30 just after 7 a.m, according to flight records reviewed by The Post.

It flew cross-country to Washington DC where it landed at Dulles Airport.

According to transponder data, within an hour, the plane was back in the air and headed to Arkansas, the Post noted.

“It landed at Newport Municipal Airport in Jackson County, 34 miles from the Independence County Courthouse in Batesville, where Biden attended the hearing the next morning,” said the report.

Aviation experts informed The Post that the 7,326-mile round trip is estimated to have incurred costs ranging from $55,000 to $117,000, an amount that is equivalent to the value of approximately six months’ worth of child-support payments to Hunter Biden’s child’s mother, the outlet said.

Hunter Biden is currently engaged in discussions to revise the terms of child support payments to Lunden Roberts, a 32-year-old individual and the mother of his 4-year-old daughter named Navy Joan. None of the rest of the Biden family, including President Joe Biden, has even bothered to acknowledge Navy Joan as a family member.

Currently, Hunter Biden pays out $20,000 a month in child support and has forked over around $750,000 in total, according to his attorneys. He’s said he has to have those payments lowered due to a “substantial material change” in his income.

“Why doesn’t Hunter just ask his dad’s donors and patrons to pay his child support instead of spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on his private jets and expensive lawyers?” Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton told The Post.

The Post added: “Morris, a high-flying Hollywood entertainment lawyer, famously paid off a $2 million tax debt for Hunter in an effort to take the teeth out of a years-long Department of Justice probe of possible tax evasion and other potential crimes.”
