Kamala Harris Joins With Other Dems to Further Erode Trust in Supreme Court

Democrats understand power better than Republicans do, which has been evident for a half-century — ever since the first anti-establishment riots of the late 1960s.

Playing the long game, the party has slowly but surely moved our institutions to the left, and now, decades after the effort began, Democrats’ hybrid Marxist/socialist ideology permeates our society at every level and in nearly every industry.

The only thing left for Democrats to do at this point in their bid to remake our country in their image completely is to destroy faith in our governing institutions, and that effort is in full swing and at the highest levels, as President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are proving.

After Biden attacked half the country last week and essentially labeled Trump-supporting Republicans domestic terrorists who hate the Constitution and refuse to accept ‘free and fair elections,’ Harris took time out of her duties as the border and space czar to assail the U.S. Supreme Court, which is now at a record low level of approval, according to a new Gallup survey.

And of course, the subject was the Democrats’ line in the sand: Preserving the right to kill babies in the womb, right up to the moment before before for some of them.

“I think this is an activist court,” Harris told NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “We had an established right for almost half a century, which is the right of women to make decisions about their own body as an extension of what we have decided to be, the privacy rights to which all people are entitled.”

She then noted that the Supreme Court “took away” the right for women to make decisions about their bodies while claiming that “we are suffering as a nation because of it.”

Fox News added:

While previously being “inspired by people like Thurgood Marshall” and others on major Supreme Court cases such as Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, the current actions of the court makes her have “great concern about the integrity of the court overall.”

Harris previously said that the Biden administration will “not let the filibuster stand in our way” on issues such as protecting abortion rights during a meeting at the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) convention on July 18.

“And yet we must recognize that there are those who are fighting to drag us backward,” Harris said. “Extremist so-called leaders who are fighting to drag us backward. Extremist so-called leaders who are attempting to undermine our democracy and assault our most fundamental freedoms.”

It’s funny to hear Democrats complaining about current Supreme Court justices finding fault with previous high court rulings. It’s like they don’t know that, once upon a time, the nation’s highest court considered blacks to be “property” instead of human beings and citizens, and that it was okay to stick Japanese-Americans in internment camps.

But when your party’s cornerstone issue is depriving prospective American citizens who have no ability to fend for themselves of their right to life, you don’t really concern yourself with any historical comparisons that run afoul of that agenda.
