Illegal Immigrant Arrested for Alleged Serial Rape, Operating 'Rape Dungeon' on Wheels In LA

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has apprehended an illegal immigrant accused of serial rape and operating a mobile “rape dungeon.” Eduardo Sarabia, 39, described as a transient from Mexico, was arrested following reports of two forcible rape incidents on May 12 and May 13, according to Fox 11.

Sheriff’s deputies allegedly caught Sarabia in the act of sexually assaulting a victim inside his van on Monday near Azusa, within the Angeles National Forest along Highway 39.

Sources cited by Fox 11 described Sarabia’s van as a “rape dungeon on wheels,” outfitted in a manner conducive to rape, notably lacking windows in the back.

Sarabia, identified as a transient and non-citizen from Mexico, faces two counts of forcible rape and is currently detained without bail pending his next court appearance scheduled for June.

The timeline of Sarabia’s illegal entry into the United States remains unclear. Law enforcement authorities have seized his van and are monitoring it continuously.

Residents in the area expressed relief over Sarabia’s arrest, emphasizing safety concerns, particularly for families with children.

While details about the victims remain undisclosed, law enforcement is urging potential victims to come forward, with the Special Victims Bureau tip line reachable at 877-710-5273.
