Candace Cameron Bure Says Family Was Under Spiritual Attack: ‘That Enemy Is The Devil'

“Full House” alum actress Candace Cameron Bure spoke recently on Facebook about how her family has been under spiritual attack.

As noted by The Daily Wire, the actress has never been shy about discussing her faith and Christian values, reaffirming her belief in Jesus Christ while also attributing home life to direct assaults from demonic forces.

Bure, 46, a mother of three, shared some details of what has been taking place recently in a Facebook video update.

“My house is usually really peaceful and happy. (But) everyone’s been irritable, including me,” Bure said in the video. “And everyone is just, like, at each other. And it’s been like three days now. And it finally hit me. I’m like, ‘Oh, there’s a spirit of irritability, there’s a spirit of crankiness, there’s a spirit of confusion, Oh, the enemy’s attacking.’”

She went on to say that while some families “want to just blame one another” for issues, it’s really Satan creating disunity and other issues that lead to problems with family relationships.

“(W)e forget that there’s a very real and powerful enemy at work every single day of our lives. That enemy is the devil,” Bure added. “He’s real, and he’s at work, but the devil has no control or authority in my home.”

“Jesus has all authority, all power in my home, and He reigns in my home. And so, I call upon the Holy Spirit, I pray out any evil spirits that are in here. And I put on my worship music. It’s just filling my home. So my home is filled with Scripture and God’s Word, God’s power, God’s truth. And I just keep reminding myself of that,” she said in conclusion.

The actress noted in the post she uploaded the video for fans who are also “going through a tough time” and can’t seem to understand why.

“And yet, [these problems] are explainable,” Bure told her fans. “It’s just sometimes we don’t see it. But let’s not forget what’s going on in the world around us.”

Last month, a conservative TV network announced it had hired the Full House alum to star in family programming.

The CEO of Great American Channels (GAC) said the network is working on developing a line-up of traditional family-friendly content in response to other major networks like Disney and Hallmark turning more to “woke” left-wing programming.

“After some families found the Hallmark Channel’s pro-LGBT shift to be disheartening, sister networks GAC Family and GAC Living are now poised to be major Hallmark competitors,” CBN News reported.

During an interview this week on “Up Next with John Contratti,” CEO Bill Abbott detailed his plans to provide high-quality original content that whole families can view and enjoy.

“There’s so much need for family content and the market in this space. It’s pretty scary, quite frankly, the amount of content that’s out there, the vast majority of content is salacious and is not appropriate for any member of the family, really,” he said.

CBN added:

The native of Oyster Bay, Long Island, said creating family programming is “something he’s passionate about and wanted to do.”

One of the company’s biggest moves appears to be hiring Candace Cameron Bure for a leading role in the organization.

The GAC Family network has already been hard at work on its goal, airing 12 original Christmas movies during the last Christmas season. The company has also hired Hallmark actors and actresses to appear in movies and programs for its channels. Danica McKellar, Jen Lilley, Daniel Lissing, and Jessica Lowndes are just a few of the performer’s GAC audiences will recognize.

The GAC Living network is also airing original movies as well as several classic TV series which are among family favorites, including Bewitched, Full House, and Who’s The Boss.
