The Biden administration took another step into the surreal, pandering to the .001 percent of the Democratic Party that is insanely fixated on pushing culture-destroying transgenderism even on the youngest, most vulnerable members of our society — our children.
As reported by Fox News, the White House now “encourages gender reassignment surgery, puberty blockers, hormone therapy for transgender minors.”
The network added:
The Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Population Affairs released a document Thursday titled “Gender Affirming Care and Young People.” The same day, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s National Child Traumatic Stress Network – another subset of the HHS – released a parallel document titled, “Gender-Affirming Care Is Trauma-Informed Care.”
The HHS documents describe what it calls appropriate treatments for transgender adolescents, including: “‘Top’ surgery – to create male-typical chest shape or enhance breasts;” and “‘Bottom’ surgery – surgery on genitals or reproductive organs, facial feminization or other procedures.”
The only ‘gender-affirming’ procedure — if one is needed at all — for humans is a DNA test, though our anatomy gives us pretty strong hints at birth as to what gender we really are. So this push for children to physically change their bodies, perhaps harming them in ways we don’t yet know or understand, is not just blatantly irresponsible, it is horrific and outrageous.
“Medical and psychosocial gender affirming healthcare practices have been demonstrated to yield lower rates of adverse mental health outcomes, build self-esteem, and improve overall quality of life for transgender and gender diverse youth,” the OPA release says, according to Fox News.
The NCTSN document is much longer than the OPA’s brief outline. But it repeats the same thought process and explanation for minors to alter their genitalia (which, again, won’t alter their DNA).
“For transgender and nonbinary children and adolescents, early gender-affirming care is crucial to overall health and well-being as it allows the child or adolescent to focus on social transitions and can increase their confidence while navigating the healthcare system,” the NCTSN notes in their release. “It may include evidence-based interventions such as puberty blockers and gender-affirming hormones.”
The longer document also goes to great lengths to try and convince Americans that ‘gender-affirming methods’ including hormone replacement and surgery for kids isn’t child abuse — probably in response to a recent Texas policy decision that has made those treatments illegal in the Lone Star state.
“Providing gender-affirming care is neither child maltreatment nor malpractice. The child welfare system in the US, charged with ‘improv(ing) the overall health and well-being of our nation’s children and families,’ should not be used to deny care or separate families working to make the best decisions for their children’s well-being. There is no scientifically sound research showing negative impacts from providing gender-affirming care,” the NCTSN added.
Biden’s handlers also had him put out a video letting the tiny sliver of American society that claims to be transgender know that he’s got their “back.”

Biden implied that his Justice Department is planning to fight state laws that limit how transgender athletes may compete, after transgender University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas drew national attention at the NCAA championships.
Those state laws — passed by representatives who were elected by residents of those states — are “simply wrong” and “hateful,” Biden claimed, going on to say that his administration is “standing up for transgender equality in the classroom, on the playing field, at work, in our military, in our housing and health care systems – everywhere.”
Never mind women’s rights; those are so 1970s.
