Speaking with Oprah Winfrey on a Zoom chat event yesterday, Biden explained how he was unsure he wanted to be President Barack Obama’s running mate.
“I told him [Obama] I didn’t want to do it. This is public knowledge now. I thought I could help him more as a US senator,” Biden said.
He then explained how Obama suggested he go home and speak with his family before making up his mind.

Listing those he sought out for counsel, he mentioned his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, his mother, Catherine “Jean” Biden, his late son Beau Biden, “and I had my son Hunter, who’s the smartest guy I know.”
Biden did not elaborate about Hunter any further and instead, discussed his mother’s response.
“She said, ‘Joey, first man in history who’s able to be elected president as an African American. He says that he needs you to win Pennsylvania and other states and you told him no?’” Biden said of his mother.
“I said, ‘Oh, Mom, what are you doing to me?’ I said yes I will, and so I picked up the phone and called Barack, because my mom, like you, wasn’t about to take no for an answer. It was about an obligation, about what you are supposed to do,” he continued.
Biden’s comments about his son come after former Biden Family business partner Tony Bobulinski gave a bombshell interview to Fox News’ Tucker Carlson where he explained how he was recruited by the family to run an investment company with ties to a Chinese billionaire with Chinese Communist Party connections.
Bobulinski said he believed Vice President Biden and the Biden family were “compromised.”
He also confirmed that the “big guy” mentioned in emails obtained from Hunter Biden’s laptop is indeed Joe Biden.
Joe Biden in More Hot Water After Hunter Biden’s Business Partner Says Emails Are Genuine
Tony Bobulinski, one of the receivers of the email published in the NY Post, confirmed it’s authenticity. He has provided more information in the business arrangement between a Chinese company and the Biden family.
As reported by Fox News:
The email includes a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed equity split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details.
“The reference to ‘the Big Guy’ in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden,” Bobulinski said in a statement to Fox News.
Bobulinski said he is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, which he explained “was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family.” He said he was brought on as CEO by Hunter Biden and James Gilliar, who was listed as the sender of the email.
Bobulinski claims that Hunter would frequently ask his father to sign-off on various potential deals, ”I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line”.
The Biden’s are using their family name and power to make millions of dollars from foreign entities, including communist controlled China and yet there seems to be no interest in the story from main stream media.

Hunter Biden Report Bombshell: Biden Was Briefed About Son, Caused Problems In Obama White House
In a bombshell report, Fox News contributor Molly Hemingway explains Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has “not spoken accurately about his knowledge of his son’s involvement in Burisma” which apparently caused more of a headache for the Obama administration than has been expressed publicly.
“While this is focused on Hunter Biden and James Biden and other family members of Joe Biden, not Joe Biden himself, it is also true that Joe Biden was revealed to have not spoken accurately about his knowledge of his son’s involvement in Burisma, the Ukrainian energy concern,” Hemingway told Fox News.
The 87-page report states in “October 2015, senior State Department official Amos Hochstein raised concerns with Vice President Biden, as well as with Hunter Biden, that Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma’s board enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine.”
Former vice president Joe Biden has repeatedly claimed he did not speak with his son about business and recently claimed: “He didn’t know about it when the report shows that in fact, some bureaucrats were so concerned about Hunter Biden’s role that they had briefed him, that they had alerted the FBI,” explained Hemingway.
Additionally, “it did cause a problem during the Obama Administration that there was this conflict of interest. It was not dealt with and we again are still awaiting answers as to exactly all the problems that it caused.” Hemingway added, “We saw a lot of people in the media claim that this is old news which was an interesting approach to take, given that they hadn’t reported any of this news beforehand and some of it was truly breaking news such as the wire transfer between the Russian oligarch who was married to the former mayor of Moscow, $3.5 million to Hunter Biden.”
Finally, Hemingway says the question must be asked: “Why were people paying him so much money? What did they get out of it? And why was this done for someone who really had no experience in any of these fields or any appreciable skills that would make sense for him doing business this way?” Naturally, Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said Wednesday the investigation is nothing more than pursuing a “conspiracy theory.”
